Joel Aldana, MD, MBA is the Chief of Urology and an Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines. He specializes in Endourology and minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and robotic techniques. His clinical focus encompasses advanced prostate cancer diagnostics and treatment, particularly MRI-guided fusion biopsy and MRI-guided therapies such as TULSA-PRO, as well as focal therapy for small renal tumors. Dr. Aldana is dedicated to advancing precision, image-guided, and organ-preserving interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life in urologic care.
