Martin Cohen, MD, is the co-director of our Prostate MRI Program. Dr. Cohen has more than 25 years of experience as a radiologist and practices out of Southern California, primarily with Rolling Oaks Radiology. Dr. Cohen received his medical degree with highest honors from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University in Chicago. He stayed on at Northwestern where he completed his residency in CT, MRI, general radiology and ultrasound. He was selected to be Chief Resident for the program during his final year. He received advanced training from the University of California, San Diego as a fellow in Sectional Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Additionally, Dr. Cohen completed a PET Mini Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles.

George JS Kallingal, MD, MPH, is a Urologic Oncologist with Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Urologic Association.
Dr. Kallingal’s expertise includes treating Prostate, Bladder, Kidney, Penile, Testicular, and Adrenal malignancies. He has expert skill on sophisticated robotic surgery, but also performs highly complex-open and endoscopic surgeries as well.
Dr. Kallingal received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his Urology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and his Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Miami. He has been a faculty surgical educator for over eight years, has trained many residents, published high-quality urologic research and served internationally teaching robotic surgery. He completed 15 years of active duty service in the US Army and is an active member of the American Urologic Association and the Society for Government Service Urologists.
Dr. Kallingal has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, surgical quality improvement and compassionate patient care. His mission is to advance the field of Urologic Oncology and create an exceptional patient experience.

Robert Princenthal, MD, is a board-certified radiologist with more than 25 years of experience. He is president and founding partner of Rolling Oaks Radiology, a network of outpatient imaging centers in Ventura County and also serves as the Medical Co-Director for RadNet’s Prostate MRI Program. This program is one of the most robust prostate MRI practices in the nation, of which Dr. Princenthal has been instrumental in establishing.

A nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive treatments in urology, Dr. Mehan is founder of East Valley Urology (EVU) Center in Mesa, Arizona, a practice focused on offering state-of-the-art urologic care to improve patients’ quality of life and treat cancer. As an early adopter of technology, Dr. Mehan is noted for his expertise in robotic surgery and minimally invasive treatments for prostate cancer and BPH or Benign prostatic hyperplasia. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Mehan completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Following his graduation, Dr. Mehan completed his residency in urology at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Mehan offers the latest treatments for prostate cancer including robotic surgery and focal therapy. He was the first in Arizona to offer HIFU in 2017 and launched TUSLA in 2022. Dr. Mehan is registered as a site for the Customized Ablation of the Prostate With the TULSA Procedure Against Radical Prostatectomy Treatment: a Randomized Controlled Trial for Localized Prostate Cancer (CAPTAIN). Dr. Mehan has been featured on several TV segments, podcasts, and radio shows for men’s health and prostate cancer. He serves as a prominent national influencer on social media and has over 7 million views on his Instagram account.

Dr. Sivarajan completed his Urology residency training at New York University in Manhattan. He went on to pursue a fellowship at Hackensack Unversity Medical Center specializing in Laparoscopy, Robotic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Urology. Dr. Sivarajan practices the full spectrum of Adult Urology and has specialized training in Minimally Invasive surgeries for the treatment of cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, adrenal gland, ureter, and renal pelvis. He is also an expert in minimally invasive and laser surgery for the management of kidney stones and BPH (benign prostate enlargement) in the Scottsdale, AZ area.

Dr. Aaron LaTowsky grew up on a cattle ranch in the Sandhills of western Nebraska where his family homesteaded during the land rush. His bachelor’s degree was earned at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while on several scholarships. After graduating from the honors program, he matriculated into medical school at the University of Nebraska and secured a urology residency position at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a board-certified, Ivy League-trained urologic surgeon bringing high-quality surgical expertise to Arizona. When not engaged in the arts of medicine and surgery, Dr. LaTowsky enjoys time with His wife, Dr. Brenda LaTowsky. They have two wonderful sons, Henry and Oliver, and a beautiful daughter, London.

Dr. David J. Kaplan is a urologic surgeon who has been awarded and recognized for his contributions to advancing knowledge in the field of Urology. Dr. Kaplan was born in Brooklyn and spent his formative years in Western New York. He completed his undergraduate work at The University of Michigan before returning to Western New York to earn his M.D. degree at The State University of New York. Dr. Kaplan moved to the Valley from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he completed six years of Urologic training at Temple University Hospital and The Fox Chase Cancer Center. In his spare time, Dr. Kaplan enjoys mountain biking and hiking. He is an avid University of Michigan football fan and looks forward to watching the games with his wife and two young daughters.

Dr. M. Michael Hayyeri of Arizona Urological Surgeons has been providing an array of exemplary urological care in the Phoenix community for nearly 20 years. He specializes in adult and pediatric urology and is a diplomat of the American Board of Urology. Dr. Hayyeri attended George Washington University Medical School, followed by professional training at SUNY Downstate. He has been in practice since 1999.
