Arizona Diagnostic Radiology Park Central is a comprehensive imaging center located in the vibrant Midtown Phoenix Park Central Mall. This 30,000 square-foot space is the first of its kind in the Phoenix area, delivering the most advanced imaging services including PET/MR, MRI, CT, Nuclear Imaging, Mammography, and Interventional Radiology. This center will use Artificial Intelligence technology to deliver a more accurate mammogram as well as special procedures including the treatment of prostate disease utilizing TULSA-PRO.

Martin Cohen, MD, is the co-director of our Prostate MRI Program. Dr. Cohen has more than 25 years of experience as a radiologist and practices out of Southern California, primarily with Rolling Oaks Radiology. Dr. Cohen received his medical degree with highest honors from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University in Chicago. He stayed on at Northwestern where he completed his residency in CT, MRI, general radiology and ultrasound. He was selected to be Chief Resident for the program during his final year. He received advanced training from the University of California, San Diego as a fellow in Sectional Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Additionally, Dr. Cohen completed a PET Mini Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Urologic Oncologist
George JS Kallingal, MD, MPH, is a Urologic Oncologist with Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Urologic Association.
Dr. Kallingal’s expertise includes treating Prostate, Bladder, Kidney, Penile, Testicular, and Adrenal malignancies. He has expert skill on sophisticated robotic surgery, but also performs highly complex-open and endoscopic surgeries as well.
Dr. Kallingal received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his Urology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and his Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Miami. He has been a faculty surgical educator for over eight years, has trained many residents, published high-quality urologic research and served internationally teaching robotic surgery. He completed 15 years of active duty service in the US Army and is an active member of the American Urologic Association and the Society for Government Service Urologists.
Dr. Kallingal has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, surgical quality improvement and compassionate patient care. His mission is to advance the field of Urologic Oncology and create an exceptional patient experience.
Robert Princenthal, MD, is a board-certified radiologist with more than 25 years of experience. He is president and founding partner of Rolling Oaks Radiology, a network of outpatient imaging centers in Ventura County and also serves as the Medical Co-Director for RadNet’s Prostate MRI Program. This program is one of the most robust prostate MRI practices in the nation, of which Dr. Princenthal has been instrumental in establishing.

A nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive treatments in urology, Dr. Mehan is founder of East Valley Urology (EVU) Center in Mesa, Arizona, a practice focused on offering state-of-the-art urologic care to improve patients’ quality of life and treat cancer. As an early adopter of technology, Dr. Mehan is noted for his expertise in robotic surgery and minimally invasive treatments for prostate cancer and BPH or Benign prostatic hyperplasia. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Mehan completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Following his graduation, Dr. Mehan completed his residency in urology at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Mehan offers the latest treatments for prostate cancer including robotic surgery and focal therapy. He was the first in Arizona to offer HIFU in 2017 and launched TUSLA in 2022. Dr. Mehan is registered as a site for the Customized Ablation of the Prostate With the TULSA Procedure Against Radical Prostatectomy Treatment: a Randomized Controlled Trial for Localized Prostate Cancer (CAPTAIN). Dr. Mehan has been featured on several TV segments, podcasts, and radio shows for men’s health and prostate cancer. He serves as a prominent national influencer on social media and has over 7 million views on his Instagram account.
